WinMedia adds a new generation of Newsroom software to its ever-growing arsenal of Broadcast Solutions. It is a WEB 2.0 News platform that is fully integrated with the WinMedia Broadcast Suite by editing sound, and fully IP control the sending of audio files on the WinMedia Cartridge. It’s also "modules" that allow you to ingest feeds, filter the data’s, edit the text, manage the scripts, and play the final content on a prompter.

WinNews ingest the major (AFP, AP, REUTERS) of main feeds receive by Satellite, ftp, xml but also RSS feed You could subscribe to services, with login and password.WinNews is a big database of different feeds coming every time with flag and alerts (color in function of the level). |

This module offer you to manage your filter and create some rules, that allow you working on specifics subjects It’s allow you to create teams affect to specifics media and filter, search, indexing, for them the right breaking new.
You could also create different category of news, like sports, technology etc…
The user management allow also to affect the people of the team to a specific media and make the whole planning in function of the broadcasting, the holidays, illness etc…

Text Editor
This like a word, text editor that allow you to simple copy the news and edit, copy, paste, with the all functionalities you need to insert in the text the audio files of interview or reportage
The system is link to the WinMedia Database, and you could choice your category of content, and drag and drop it, in the right place in your script.
The WinMedia audio editor is simple and allows you to manage up to 8 tracks, and merge it in one file.

You could store into the database your Scripts and they could be affecting to one media.
The other journalist could also take those scripts to use it for their own Media.

This is the builder of the news, that allow you to organize all the scripts in one queue with priority.
You could also import the last one, into a new one and make a reorganization of the previous scripts, delete, insert, and make the new rundown as you wish.

This is the final module that permits you to broadcast on air.
Each journalist has is own profile, when he login, with the size of his fonts, but also his own speed, he could start it by shortcut on the keyboard, pause, reverse, and forward.
You could also adjust the speed, and the background, fonts, color in function of your needs.
The system sending the start of audio files, with ip command to the WinMedia, and waiting the all the play with a countdown that remain the timing of the files that’s permits you to be ready to talk again.
The Prompter could be use as well in radio and television with a mirror option.
The windows could be share with the WinNews or by double click going in full screen.
