The software runs under Windows XP/seven and 2003 server.
WinMeeting's modular architecture makes it customizable and adaptable. Some of the module include: recording, consultation, production and edition, archiving, true speach recognition, text transcription and broadcast.
Configurable on a single network configuration and thanks to its modular design it theoretically allows to save an unlimited number of audio and video sources (recording up to 16 audio tracks by workstation and 8 video sources by workstation, workstations can be networked and managed from one central planning module).
WinMeeting can record in a variety of formats, qualities and frequency to accommodate the different needs of the markets in which it is intended.
Finally WinMeeting was developed in the spirit of keeping an open architecture to develop around its core, custom applications that can respond to specific needs.
